Day 1: The Hair, The Craft, The Artistry, The Collection
To kick off your immersive education experience, we'll dive into the artistry and strategy behind what we do, analyzing the BeachWashed x Laced collection from every angle: creation of universally useful color and tone blends, getting the most out of your career investments, and curating your aesthetic as a stylist. Our expert educators will walk you through multiple full-length extension installations catered to different lengths PLUS minimal effort, maximum impact color training. To help you achieve your vision, we'll explore the ins and outs of multiple styling strategies, all with the common goal of effortless, lived-in mermaid hair.
day 2: Breakouts, Hands-on, Coaching
We'll spend our second day together with a hand-selected panel of industry leaders in multiple arenas. Lacy will extensively walk you through the evolution and creation of Laced Hair, plus the transition from the celebrity stylist to CEO lifestyle. Lo, aesthetic connoisseur and branding genius, will pass on the strategy behind curating your distinct vibe and making your mark as the artist you are. You'll also learn from Rachel, business building mastermind and Laced lead educator, on the blueprint to abundance in your career, whether salon owner or stylist. Kayla will pass on her procedures to maximize efficiency behind the chair in both extensions and color, built on years of award-winning dreamy hair and salon co-ownership. You'll also hear from social media specialists that have collectively promoted BeachWashed to record-breaking popularity and sales. For the remainder of our time together, we'll break into hands-on training groups in extension installation and individualized business coaching.
